(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – The Court of Appeal to re-commence the hearing of the writ petition filed challenging the validity of Sri Lankan citizenship of the former Secretary to Ministry of Defence and Presidential Candidate of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, for the 3rd-day today (04).
The Court session concluded at 6.15 yesterday (03), and will continue again at 9.30 this morning.
The petition was filed by Gamini Viyangoda and Professor Chandraguptha Thenuwara on Monday (30).
