Sajith to step down as Deputy Leader of UNP

(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – While congratulating the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) Presidential candidate Gotabaya Rajapaksa on his election as the President of Sri Lanka, the New Democratic Front (NDF) Presidential candidate Sajith Premadasa today (17) in a statement stated that he would step down as the Deputy Leader of the United National Party (UNP) with immediate effect.
