“UNP will win the election through a new vision” – Ravi K.

(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – Former Minister Ravi Karunanayake says the United National Party will win the upcoming Parliamentary Election through a new vision.

Speaking to media in Devinuwara the UNP believe they will emerge victorious at the election with the faith of the people.

Karunanayake noted all UNP members are headed in the same direction.

He said although certain individuals are contesting from other minor parties, the UNP will function as a united and permanent party.

Former Minister Karunanayake said the UNP is disciplined and will be able to take the country forward.

Karunanayake added the UNP has had several leaders in the past adding however that the leadership is not based on nepotism.

He added however that nepotism prevails in all other factions.

Ravi Karunanayake claimed the UNP will contest the General Election with fresh faces and with seniors, and with a new vision.
