The organizers said that several professional organizations and institutions, trade unions, political parties and business organizations will take part in the rally.
The rally is the second major meeting of professionals to be held against the ETCA in Colombo. In early February a large rally was held at Viharamahadevi Open Air Theater against the ETCA.
