Several spells of Showers or thundershowers will occur in the Western, North-Western, Southern, Central and Sabaragamuwa provinces.

Light showers may occur in the North-central province.

Showers or thunder showers are likely at a few places in the Uvaand Eastern provinces, particularly after 2.00 pm.

Strong winds at times can be expected over the country, particularly over Western slopes of the central hills and Northern, North central and Eastern provinces.
