A Party Leaders Meeting to Fix VAT Debate in Parliament Today

The Deputy Secretary General of Parliament Neil Iddawela stated that discussions will be held today to fix a date for debating the bill on VAT amendment.

He added that the Supreme Court  decision will  also be discusses.

The VAT amendment bill which was scheduled to be debated  yesterday, was postponed as the bill was challenged in court.
