Minister of Regional Development Sarath Fonseka submitted a Cabinet memorandum on 28th June, seeking 59 Billion and 29 Lakhs for his and Ministry expenditure. The Cabinet has approved it on 12th July 2016. This includes Capital expenditure for his Ministry.
