Mainly fair weather will continue over most parts of the island.

However, light showers may occur at few places in the Western, Central and Southern provinces.

Thundershowers may occur at few places in the Uva and Sabaragamuwa provinces and Ampara and Batticaloa districts after 2.00 p.m.
