Pugoda Magistrate today (14) ordered unclaimed 16 acres of Malwana Land and the house on it to be auctioned . Purported owner disclaimed ownership . This property alleged to have been acquired by Basil Rajapaksha during last regime. However, he too disclaimed ownership of this Malwana land and building . Hence, Pugoda Magistrate ordered the land and the building to be publicly auctioned.
