Purpose of Creating AAVA Group in the North? – Rajitha

 While  opening a water  purification system in the Vavuniya  Police Station,  Health Minister Rajitha Senaratna stated yesterday  , that the AAVA gang was formed to rig the votes  of the Northern  people  during the 2015 election.

Those who cannot capture power with the support of the people are involved  in conspiring against the Government.  One of the conspiracy is Military coup, which cannot be achieved in Srilanka.

When journalist questioned him about retired Army General , Kamal Gunaratne’s  statement,  that he cannot be satisfied  with the security in the North,  Minister said, that they are the people  who created such situation. Former Secretary Defence should take full responsibility for it.

They are the people responsible for creating such  armed groups  in the North.  Although they created the AAVA group to win the election by rigging votes in the North,   they were not successful but defeated. We know very well who created it. Joint Opposition MP Dinesh Gunawardana reported to have said,  the possibility of the Military coup. That is his  wishful  thinking  Minister said. They know very well that they cannot come to power  democratically . Hence, they spread rumour about possible military coup, he concluded.
