MPs Salary Hike a Burden to Treasury – President

President Maithripala Sirisena  said yesterday  that  though the Members of the Parliament  were not satisfied  with their salaries, increasing their salaries create a  burden to the  treasury.  He also said that his salary was also less than that of a  Parliamentarian.
