Reports submitted by the Auditor General in this connection on Tuesday (3) were distributed among the COPE members. In the next sitting of the COPE AG’s reports will be taken in to discussion.
In the meantime, CaFFee administrative Director Keerthi Thennakon released a press statement to the effect, that 4,145 million lose was incurred by the state in this coal tender fraud. He stated that this was revealed in the AG’s report. Further he said, that he made a request to the President to cancel the tender to supply coal to Lukvijaya power station
