Disabled Ex Army & Police Personnel Counts Less Than 10 Years Service Receive Pensions

In Srilanka  an  employee / or a  person  from tri forces , has to work  ten years  to qualify  for pension as per  minutes of pension.
For the first time in Sri Lanka’s history, the government has considered  both disabled and able, who had been in the service for less than 10 years to pay  pension  as  an incentive  to them.
Recently, at a ceremony held at the President’s office 2261 ex-soldiers as well as 136 ex- police personnel had been presented with  letters awarding  pension.
