Six Srilankan Robbers Nabbed & Sentenced to Five Years Jail in Dubai

Six  Sri Lankan men in Dubai aged  between  26 and 40 targeted  Villas and robbed  jewellery, valuables and cash.

Dubai  police said the suspects had used sharp tools to break in to the villas adding the equipment used was recovered from the residence of one suspect.

Dubai Court has  found them guilty  and sentenced to  5 years  Jail for robbery, damaging private property and trespassing. On completion of the sentenced they were ordered  to be deported back to Srilanka. However, that they can appeal against the court verdict within 15 days.
