Weather Forecast For 27th February 2017

The prevailing showery condition is expected to further enhance during next few days (particularly during 1^st and 2^nd of March).

Cloudy skies along with showers or thundershowers can be expected at times over most parts of the country.

Fairly heavy showers (above 50mm) are also likely at some places, especially in the Eastern, Uva, Sabaragamuwa and Southern provinces.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
