President to Attend IORA Summit

President, Mr. Maithripala Sirisena is scheduled to arrive in Jakarta, Indonesia (6) to attend the Indian Ocean Rim Countries Association 2017 (IORA) 20th anniversary celebrations, which will be held tomorrow (7).

The regional organization primarily focuses on enhancing economic ties between nations present in the Indian Ocean, and will accommodate 21 countries at it summit in 2017.
