COPE to Probe Legal Status of SAITM Medical College Today

The COPE  earlier summoned UGC officials  and made inquiries about  legal status  of the SATIM Malabe Private Medical College.

At that time COPE had recommended the UGC to submit a report within two weeks about the legal status  that  was there  when  granting permission for the SAITM Medical College.

The University Grants Commission is scheduled to appear before COPE today(9)  and make a statement regarding the circumstances under which  permission was granted to SAITM  Medical College.
