Meethotamulla Disaster Discussion With President Today.

President Maithripala Sirisena has called  for  a special meeting to assess the damages caused at the Meethotamulla garbage dump disaster and to assess  the relief measures provided to affected persons.

The officials of the Disaster Management center along with the Subject Minister will  participate in this discussion. Several other relevant  state officials are also call for the discussion scheduled to be held this morning.

Proposals submitted to build houses for affected parties will also be taken  in the discussion.
