Contempt of Court Case Against a Member of the GMOA

The Chairman of the Malabe  Medical College( SAITM) said, that he intends to file a contempt of court case against one of the  main GMOA members. He said this in an interview given to a  press.

‘During the strike  caused by the GMOA  a particular  doctor openly made statement which among to  contempt of Court.  Hence , he proposed to  file  a contempt of court  case against him. GMOA  which instigate strikes and other trade union activities against the SAITM does not care about the lives of patients . Their only aim to close down the SAITM. Very soon they will learn a lesson .
