Three Customs Officers Transferred

Three customs officers alleged to have been involved in the recent discovery of 218 kg of cocaine concealed in a sugar container were transferred yesterday(21).

Mount Lavinia Police arrested the seven suspects on 19^th July 2017 and further remanded till  26^th July 2017  by the Mount Lavinia Magistrate.

The suspects, including the two individuals who possessed two cocaine packs are said to be employed at the Ratmalana Economic Centre.
