Draft 20th Amendment to the Constitution Defeated in Uva PC

Draft  20th Amendment to the Constitution states Sri Lanka to hold elections for all Provincial Council on the same day. When this was presented in the  Uva Provincial Council today , only 5 councillors  voted for it while 12 voted against it, thus defeating  the proposed draft bill.
