Vegetable Prices Increase by 10%  Due to Inclement Weather Condition.   

According to data gathered by the Dambulla Economic Center, there was  considerable delay experienced in obtaining  from various parts of the country  due to inclement weather condition, which badly affected  transportation. Hence, prices  of  vegetables have  gone up by 10% .
Once transportation of vegetables is back to normal, Prices are expected to come down. Apart from this there is shortage of certain  types of  vegetables.
