Kumara Welgama Seeks Refuge in Parliament Canteen?

Joint Opposition MP Kumara Welgama was seen sipping a cup of tea in the canteen for a long time. When one of his colleagues enquired, how sees the budget 2018, he said in no uncertain words , that he did not understand anything in the budget speech.

Further he said, I have never heard a budget speech like this in the past. Hence, he has come to the parliament canteen and sipping this tea, he concluded.
