It is reported that Cinnamon Garden police yesterday filed a case before Colombo Magistrate against former General Manager of Rakna Lanka Security Firm, Retired Major General,Gamini Jayasundera.
Main allegation against him was that he has given false evidence before the Presidential Commission that probe grave fraud and irregularities.
He accepted before Commission that he gave false evidence to protect the image of former Defense Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
