The price of a kottu reduced by Rs.50

(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – The All Island Canteen Owners Association has reduced the price of a kottu taking into consideration the drop in the wholesale price of imported wheat flour.

Accordingly, the Association said the price of a kottu will reduce by Rs.50 from tomorrow (16).

However, the All Island Canteen Owners Association said the price of other flour based products will not be reduced.

A packet of kottu is currently being sold at various prices starting from Rs.500.
