Is the Police afraid of Saddhatissa Thera?

Civil citizens pose the question on IGP , as to why , Chairman of Ravana Balaya, Saddhatissa Thera has not been arrested despite sufficient video and audio evidence available to the effect that he had led the mobs to the Homagama Courts on last Monday and Tuesday.
