Yoshitha’s Request to Grant Permission to go Abroad Refused

Yoshitha Rajapakshe is now on bail in CSN money laundering case. He is prohibited to go abroad without permission of the court. Hence, he made an application to court to permit hi two weeks’ time to accompany his father undertaking a foreign trip on being invited by foreign dignitaries. Kaduwela Court Magistrate has refused to grant permission to Yoshitha to go abroad on Friday, 6 th May 2016.
