Yoshitha Rajapaksa, was issued notice to appear at Mt. Lavinia Court on May 26 over a case on the purchase of a land in Mihindu Mawatha, Mt. Lavinia, for Rs 512 million.
Mt. Lavinia Magistrate, Mohammed Sahabdeen made this order today (20).
Yoshitha appeared in courts today, was released on bail and ordered to give a statement to the FCID on May 24.
