MP Rohitha Abeygunawardena Granted Bail

‍The Presidential Commission on bribery and corruption filed a case against Member of Parliament, Rohitha Abeygunawardena in the Colombo High Court today. This case was filed based on non declaration of assets and liabilities amounting to Rs 4.3 million.

When the case was taken up for inquiry today before the High Court Judge, Nissanka Bandula Karunaratne, Rohitha Abeygunawardena was granted bail on strict conditions, Cash bail of Rs 100,000 and 4 surety bail of Rs 10 million each.
