New Prices of Vehicles Will be Released Tomorrow

The government recently decided to increase the import levy of vehicles above the engine capacity of 1500CC.

The Ministry of Finance recently directed the Customs Department to publicize the amended prices of vehicles following the VAT increase.

Accordingly the Customs will announce the new prices of vehicles  which include VAT increase tomorrow.

Vehicle importers believe that the move could see a decrease in the import of Japanese vehicles.
