Several spells of Showers or thundershowers will occur in the North-Western province and in the Galle, Matara, Mannar and Jaffna districts.Showers or thunder showers are likely in few places in the Uvaand Eastern provinces, particularly after 2.00 pm.Strong winds at times can be expected over the country (particularly over Western slopes of the central hills) and surrounding sea area.Naval and fishing communities are requested to be vigilant in this regard.
