During Mahinda’s era foreign loans taken amounted to 20.4 Billion. But now Current Good Governance   has taken much more loans than the loan of Mahinda. Further, Government has taken loans from local banks through Central Bank, said Bandula Gunawardana in a press conference held today.

Further, he said that Srilankan rupee value has come down. As a result economic problems have arisen. During our Government, retail traders were not affected, but now they were compelled to closed down their businesses. Hence, Good Governance Government is responsible for all the problems in the country.  If you publically talk about these matters, you will be jailed, he said.
