AC room for Pillayan in Prison?

It is alleged that Former Chief Minister of Eastern Provine Pillayan, who has been arrested and detained in prison under prevention of terrorism act has been allocated with an AC room in prison.

Prison officials said that there is no truth in that news. All prisoners are treated a liked. Recently a Magistrate has visited the prison and found the conditions of the room where Pillayan was remanded. There is provision in law to provide certain facilities to those, who held higher public office. However, Pillayan preferred to be with other ordinary prisoners said prison officials.
