The Committee appointed to improve the goodwill between Ex-President Mahinda Rajapaksa and President Maithripala Sirisena is scheduled to meet President Maithripala Sirisena today.
A senior member of the committee told stated that the committee had met day-before-yesterday and discussed at length about the future line of action, sources stated.
The committee comprises UPFA general secretary Susil Premajayanth, Opposition’s Chief Whip John Seneviratne, SLFP general secretary Anura Priyadharshana Yapa and MPs Kumara Welgama, T. B. Ekanayake and Dilan Perera.
