Did Geetha Smuggle Black Band in to Parliament?

Today Joint Opposition Parliamentarians staged a protest against the bill to establish an office for missing persons. They are found wearing black band around their necks and hands to register their protest against the bill. Officially black bands are not allowed to be taken into the Parliament. But in this instance, Geetha Kumarasinghe reported to have hidden black bands, brought inside Parliament and distributed among Joint Opposition members.
