Colombo Additional Magistrate Questions How Anura Senanayake Admitted to National Hospital Paid Ward?
When Thajudeen case was taken for inquiry on Wednesday (10th), the CID informed the Court, the second suspect Former DIG Western Province, Anura Senanayake is not cooperating with them in their inquiries. In the meantime, Colombo additional magistrate Nishantha Peries has raised the question of Anura Senanayake being admitted in paid ward of the National hospital without the approval of the Court. He has ordered the Director of the Colombo National Hospital to submit a detailed report to the court. The report should include whether the treatment facilities required for the suspect is available in the prison hospital.
