Namal Arrested by FCID (UPDATE)

Namal has been  arrested by the FCID short while ago in connection with the  financial irregularity in respect of  Rs 125 million transaction .

However, his lawyer has denied arrest and said that still Namal is making statement to the FCID.

Gowers Cooperation is owned  by  Namal Rajapaksha .   FCID  found financial irregularity in respect of  Rs 125 million transaction .

Namal was summoned today to appear before the FCID for an inquiry cum  recording  a  statement  from him . Short while ago he arrived at the FCID.
