Delay in Issuing Summons Forced Postponing Wasim Thajudeen Murder Case

Former Colombo Chief Judicial Medical Officer, Professor Ananda Samarasekara  has filed a preventive arrest warrant order case. This Wasim Thajudeen Murder case was taken up for inquiry today Additional Magistrate, Thulani Amarasinghe  has observed that there was a delay in handing over of court summons to the CID. Hence, the case was postponed to 1^st September 2016 by the Additional Magistrate.
