If One is in Proper Place No Charge Sheet and No Case

The SLTB has originally filed a case in Commercial High Court against former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, the former UPFA General Secretaty Susil Premajayantha, former SLFP General Secretary Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Gamini Senarath, Amal Senadhilankara for defaulting  payment of Rs 142 million  in August 2015.

The SLTB said that the respondents of the case had defaulted the payment of this amount of money which was due to the SLTB for hiring buses during the 2015 Presidential Election campaign. Later the SLTB requested permission from the court  to file an amended charge sheet. The charge sheet which was filed today has only five defendants, leaving two Good Governance Government Ministers.
