Former President Cautions Wimal to Get ready to go to Prison

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksha  was addressing a meeting held in Weligama yesterday(2),  where  MP Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena who had been removed from the SLFP’s Weligama electoral organizer position was appointed to the same position of the Joint Opposition.

The appointment took place at a people’s rally held in Weligama under the patronage of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa.

In this meeting , while addressing Mahinda said, that the present government leaders are opening the projects  , which I have  started .This has a become a game , as if  we are not done anything during our tenure.

The beauty of this  is those who obtain Ministerial portfolios and enjoyed under our regime other ones who criticise us now.  In few days time they will arrest Wimal Weerawansa.  He cautioned Wimal Weerawansa  to be ready with bag and baggages to  jail. Even my children and family member will be taken to jail. They pull as toward the wall. There is a limit for all these things.  But ours  is not the race to bent and bow down, he concluded.
