Ekneligoda Case Taken up For Hearing on 20th October

Ekneligoda’s wife, Sandya, filed a habeas corpus case in respect of her husband journalist Prageeth Eknaligoda  disappearance at Kottawa.

The council appearing for Sandya said to have  requested  the court  to permit  to include Army Commander and Army Intelligent Unit Director  to be named as  respondents  in this case.

 In order to inquire into this matter, the High Court has scheduled it to be taken on 20^th this month.
