Interrupted Power Supply in Ratnapura, Matara, Nuwara Eliya Areas Restored

Planning Director of the Power and Renewable Energy Ministry and Media spokesman Sulakshana Jayawardhana said, power supply in Ratnapura, Matara, Nuwara Eliya areas were disrupted  due to the fire at Laxapana at around 8.55pm last night.

The power supply which was interrupted following a transformer malfunctioning due to a fire at the Laxapana grid sub-station, has been restored now .
