Arrest Warrant on Impersonator Former Ampara Mayor

A case was filed against the former Ampara  Mayor for impersonating   Namal Rajapaksa, a Parliamentarian  and requested  the cancellation of an Air Force officers transfer.

Former Mayor of Ampara Indika Nalin Jayawickrema did not attend  the     court today despite  summon issued.

 Hence,  Colombo Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya issued an arrest warrant against the former Mayor of Ampara for failing to appear before Court .
