Death of Four Heart Patients to be Probed by a Committee Appointed
Out of six heart patients operated on Monday 28th November 2016, Four patients died due to low grade chemical said to have been injected to the deceased. Followed by this, Health Ministry today appointed a committee under the directions of the Director of Health Services Dr. Palitha Mahipala.
