63 Frauds During Previous Regime, No Action Talk Only (NATO)?

Although  Government politicians shout in public meetings that million worth of  country’s assets  had been  plundered by members and relatives of the previous regime, not a single prosecution  has been made successfully even after two years, public  grumbles . Even  some of the Ministers acknowledged  it .  Investigation wings of the state blame the AG department for the delay.  They said , that although they had  completed investigations into  63 frauds and sent the files  to AG’s department at various dates for advise,   still they have not got any response.  Who is to be blamed  now?
