Weather Forecast For 28th December 2016

Cloudy skies and showery conditions can be expected over most parts of the island.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in most part of the island, particularly in the Eastern, Uva, Northern, North-central, Central and Western provinces.

Fairly heavy falls (more than 75mm) and fairly strong winds can be expected at some places.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
