Basil & Nadesan to Appear Before Court …
The Gampaha High Court has issued notice to Former Minister Basil Rajapaksa and Thirukumar Nadesan to appear before court in connection with the misuse of state funds to construct a luxurious house in Malwana.
The house, built on a 16 acre land, is estimated to be worth millions of rupees.
Gampaha High Court Judge Priyantha Fernando ordered the suspects to appear before court on the 3rd May 2017 .The Attorney General filed indictments against the suspects for violating the Money Laundering Act.
