Four individuals including the drivers of both vehicles were rushed to the Ratnapura Hospital following the crash. The driver of the lorry travelling towards Colombo and his assistant had succumbed to injuries. The deceased are 27-year-old and 19-year-old residents of Embilipitiya. Further investigation conducting by Kuruwita Police in connection with the incident.
