PAFFREL Expects LG Election Soon

Executive Director of People’s Action for a Free and Fair Election (PAFFREL) Rohana Hettiarachchi said,  concerns pertaining to the conduct of the election have resolved with demarcation issues having being resolved as well and technical concerns have also been sent by the subject Minister to Parliament .

Hence PAFFREL  has requested the government to hold the Local Government Election before the end of the year and expects the Local Government Election soon .

Hettiarachchi added the Local Government election nor the Provincial Council election can be delayed.
