Court Issued Summons  to Former Air Force Commander

In a case  filed against the former Air Force Commander over charges of a phone call he received from an individual,  who disguised as Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa requesting the cancellation of a transfer of an Air Force officer. The Former Air Force Commander had failed to appear in Court when evidence hearing was taking place. Hence,  Colombo Additional Magistrates Court today  issued summons to  Former Commander Abeywickrama to appear before the Court.
